Who we are
Inrun is an iOS app developed by Adam Dovelius, based in Sweden. For anything about privacy, contact hello@inrun.app.
The short version
Inrun doesn't require an account and doesn't collect personal data. Your clips and your archive stay on your device.
Your clips and archive
Clips you import, and everything you add to them (trick tags, folders, markers, drawings), are stored locally on your device. In the current version, none of it is sent to us or to any server, and we have no access to it.
Photo library
Inrun accesses your photo library only to import the clips you choose. Your original clips stay in your photo library.
Sharing
When you share a share card, it goes through the iOS share sheet to the app you choose. That app's privacy policy applies to what you share there.
Device backups
If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, your Inrun data may be included in that backup. Backups are handled by Apple and controlled by your device settings.
Analytics and tracking
The Inrun app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.
This website
inrun.app uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver the site.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you. We keep the conversation for as long as it's needed to help you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact hello@inrun.app. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Changes
We'll update this policy when Inrun changes how it handles data, for example if we add cloud backup or accounts. The date at the top shows the latest version.
